- Churn卡：通过反复开卡，拿多次开卡奖励
Capital one原先有一条申卡规则：
- 1/6 规则：Capital One 6个月内只能申请一张信用卡（不论是否通过），包括个人卡和商业卡。违反了此间隔的话会被秒拒（无Hard Pull）。被拒一次，需要CD 6个月后再尝试。
现在又多了一条Churn卡规则：48mo限制。
48mo限制
有博主发现（travelfreely、DDG等），Capital one在信用卡申请页面中加了一条全新的奖励获取限制：
Existing or previous cardmembers are not eligible for this product if they have received a new cardmember bonus for this product in the past 48 months.
只要48个月内（4年）拿到过此卡的开卡奖励，再申请，将无开卡奖励（可以批卡，但是无开卡奖励）。
C1最近几年频繁推出好卡，包括C1 Walmart 5%返现卡、各类Visa Charge卡、各类C1积分卡以及各类新手友好型押金卡，这些卡都设计得很好，导致不少人申请。比如：
- Capital One Walmart Rewards信用卡
- Capital One Spark Cash Plus 商业信用卡
- Capital One Venture 信用卡
- Capital One Venture X信用卡
总结
这个限制对于大部分人没太大影响的。因为C1的信用卡会Pull三家信用局的信用记录，新手以及信用记录短于两年、有很多好卡可以开的人，都不会优先申请C1的信用卡。
不是好的改进，但影响不大。
