加入 As High As 套餐的卡

现在更多卡加入 As High As 行列了，比如近期加入的 Delta 系列和之前的 Blue Cash 系列。有个好消息是，这类 as high as 的最低档跟官网 offer 一样，而最高档很接近限时的奖励，大家可以试一下，倒不是太差。

今天微信群读者给我们分享了一种 AMEX 新的开卡奖励。申请页面写着 As high as 175k 开卡奖励。而且下面还特别注明

问题的关键其实是你看到的是最高的 175k，但是填完申请后，给你的奖励并不一定有那么高。具体 term 如下 

After you submit your application and before you accept the Card (if you are approved) , we will tell you the exact amount of Membership Rewards® Points which you are eligible to earn, which will be an amount as high as 175,000 points. This means that you may be eligible to earn less than 175,000 points with this offer. You can earn these points after you spend $8,000 (the "Threshold Amount") or more in eligible purchases on your Platinum Card® from American Express within the first 6 months of Card Membership starting from the date your account is opened. Eligible purchases can be made by the Basic Card Member and any Additional Card Members on a Card Account. Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include: fees or interest charges; purchases of travelers checks; purchases or reloading of prepaid cards; purchases of gift cards; person-to-person payments; or purchases of other cash equivalents. Points will be credited to your Membership Rewards account within 8-12 weeks after you meet the Threshold Amount. Your Card Account must not be canceled or past due at the time of fulfillment of any offers.

读者群一个读者看到是 175k，但是申请完看到是你的 offer 只有 80k。不过好在 AMEX 只对你进行了 soft pull，这个请求只有你自己能看到，并不会影响你的信用分数。如果你不喜欢这个给你的 offer，你直接取消掉就可以。

目前貌似 refer 产生的链接有这个特性，不知道会不会逐渐推广到 amex 的所有链接上去。

背后的逻辑

首先对于 AMEX 来说，这样来给个奖励的最大值，而不是确定的开卡奖励数额，是增加了自己的操作空间的。因为对于信用卡的申请链接来说，offer 页面写的多少，最后能拿到的就是多少，这样比较不容易出问题，也不会被用户投诉。

之前 AMEX 会在 term 上面写不能拿到开卡奖励的种种条件，比如这种同类产品只能拿一次奖励的限制

If you are not eligible for a welcome offer, we will notify you prior to processing your application so you have the option to withdraw your application.
