前几天 Bilt 正式公布了 Bilt Cash 的用法，复杂的很，这篇文章就来专门简介一下。

什么是 Bilt Cash
Bilt Cash 是Bilt推出的 Bilt Points 之外的第二套奖励系统。Bilt Points 因为转点伙伴很好（包括 Hyatt、JL、AS、UA 等）且经常搞很好的转点bonus而备受欢迎，是 Bilt 的最大优势之一。但是 Bilt Cash 这套奖励系统，一句话总结一下就是没那么好用。整套系统搞的太复杂了而且兑换限制太多。但也有些特定情况下也许有点用。详细的继续往下看吧。
Bilt Cash 每年12.31过期，只能roll $100的 Bilt Cash 到下一年，所以如果获得了就得抓紧用掉。
怎么攒 Bilt Cash
两种方式：
- 刷卡日常消费（即除了房租房贷之外）可得 4% Bilt Cash。
- 每攒 25,000 Bilt Points towards status，就自动攒 $50 的 Bilt Cash。注意这里有个定语 “towards status”，就是说通过开卡奖励之类的途径攒的点还不算，基本上只能靠刷卡。

每个用法都有非常低的上限，还都是每个月给的，简直丧心病狂！
不过其实某种意义上来说我也能理解这种设计的意图。一张无年费卡能在几乎所有消费上攒 4% 的奖励系统，它还明面上要保证 dollar to dollar value，它要不是设计成难用至极，那这银行要亏到姥姥家去了。
Bilt Cash 的推荐用法
个人认为那些$10/month之类的coupon实在是太令人头大了，精力花在track这些东西上面，简直像是打第二份工了。因此个人建议用下面这几种方式去消耗 Bilt Cash：
1. 交房租房贷
在Bilt交房租房贷的文章里我们讲到过，交房租房贷有两个选项：第一种不涉及 Bilt Cash（选了这种方式那么刷卡也没有4% Bilt Cash返点了）；第二个选项是消耗 $3 Bilt Cash 来获得 100 Bilt Points，上限就是房租/房贷的金额（比如 $2,000 账单对应最多消耗 $60 的 Bilt Cash 来获得 2,000 Bilt Points）。
用这种方式，可以把不好用且年底就过期的 Bilt Cash 转化为好用的 Bilt Points。如果你通过开卡奖励等方式得到了 Bilt Cash，那么这样消耗掉就是最佳方式之一了。
2. Point accelerator 加速攒 Bilt Points
你可以选择花 $200 Bilt Cash，来买刷卡攒 Bilt Points +1x up to $5,000 的权益。一年 up to 5次（即上限 $25,000 的消费）。
比较有意思的是，根据 4% Bilt Cash 的返点率，当你花掉了 $200 Bilt Cash、刷了 $5,000 的消费时，就又攒出来 $200 的 Bilt Cash 了。这时你可以花掉这 $200 的 Bilt Cash，继续往后增加 Bilt Points 的返点率 +1x。有些朋友戏称这是个“永动机”机制，其实有上限啦，不算永动。
如果你在吃饭或超市类别消费特别多，能刷到$25k，那么 Bilt Obsidian 信用卡加上+1x的加成能在这个类别上攒 4x Bilt Points，攒点效率相当高了。如果你是“其他”类别的消费特别多，那么 Bilt Palladium 信用卡加上+1x之后变成所有消费 3x Bilt Points，也是非常能打的了。
这个用法适合你的前提是，你真的有能力且有意愿在Bilt的信用卡上刷很多钱。
3. 用来获得更高的转点奖励
Bilt rent day 活动时经常搞转点bonus，有时会出现很好的转点伙伴和很高的 bonus。Bilt 官方说 Bilt Cash 可以用来买更高的转点 bonus 比例，每次的价格和availability都会随时变动。目前还没有过这种活动，价格如何还不好说，等有这种活动的时候我们会在 Bilt rent day 活动页面更新。
总结
Bilt Cash 这第二套Bilt的奖励系统，搞的十分复杂，coupon book 实在太厚了，看的令人脑壳疼。建议大家在Bilt交房租房贷时选择那一种不涉及 Bilt Cash 的简单的方式。如果你非要选择参与 Bilt Cash 的游戏，那么大概以下几种消耗方式是我比较推荐的：交房租房贷；或用 Points Accelerator 增加刷卡返点率 +1x Bilt Points；或在 Bilt rent day 活动时买更高的转点奖励。
